Darian Hrdlicka

Darian Hrdlicka is pursuing a B.F.A. in lighting design and technology from Ball State University. At Ball State, she has done lighting design for The Children’s Hour and The Prozorovs. She has also designed at Muncie Civic Theatre for The Sound of Music. Darian is an electrician in the department’s light shop and was lead electrician for Roe. In 2020, she was a finalist at the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival for her theoretical lighting design. She loves to crochet, read, and be with her pets. After graduation, she hopes to move to New York City to work as a lighting designer.
